CBT

CBT is an evidence based treatment meaning cognitive behavioral therapy. When using CBT, we will discover some common thoughts that you have or thought patterns you have developed over several years and/or as a result of experienced trauma. Together, we can create a plan that is effective and resilient to challenge negative thought patterns and eventually change them so that you feel your best and improve daily functioning. CBT is great to pair with other treatment modalities as well! We can mix and match what you feel comfortable with as we move through the healing process.
